1.) How do we get started?

2.) How are the Caregivers selected?
GRC Homecare Provider has a very intensive referral process which involves series of phone and personal interviews, background check and medical check.

3.) How much are your rates?
GRC Homecare rates depend on the specific care plan developed for the client. Please call or fill out the online form for specific rate information.

4.) How do you match the right Caregiver for our family?
During the initial assessment, we will take detailed notes about your loved ones interest and preferences. We will review our pool of caregivers and match the person with matching personality. We will make sure to also send or share with you information about the caregiver we will refer to your loved one.

5.) Who should pay the Caregiver?
GRC Homecare Provider will pay the caregiver's invoice for the services rendered. One designated family member will receive the invoice from us weekly or bi-weekly and payment should be remitted to our office directly.

6.) Will we have the same caregiver every time?
GRC Homecare Provider strives to have continuity of the care provided; we will make effort to have the same caregiver every visit. We may occasionally provide and refer a new caregiver to have an available back-up to familiarize the caregiver with your loved ones care plan.

7.) What if I don’t like my caregiver?
We guarantee 100% compatibility with the caregiver and client. For any reason you don’t feel comfortable with your current caregiver, please let us know so we can refer you with a new caregiver.

8.) What happens if our caregiver can’t come on their scheduled shift?
If the caregiver is not available due to sickness, family emergency or other personal reasons we will make a great effort to refer a substitute who also matches your loved one. We will make sure to notify and inform you of the situation before sending the substitute caregiver.

9.) How quickly can the service start?
We can start the service right away. GRC Homecare will make sure to have the care plan developed together with the caregiver right away and match the caregiver best suited for you.

10.) If I have a problem, whom should I contact?
For any concerns or issues, please do not hesitate to contact our office anytime. We will make sure to help with the resolution immediately.
